Not everybody has a lathe not even a drill press! And you really don’t need one in many cases. I have many ideas how to make a pen and this is one of those. Just need some leftover solid copper wire, remove the isolation then solder it to the pen tube, wind it up, flow with solder, file it down ,polish it spray some lacquer and assemble!
