Clever Two in One Folding Table for my Tiny Camper

I needed a small table for my tiny camper that is lightweight, can fold away to save space (Bella needs her space!), and that I can take outside to enjoy my coffee outdoors. The hollow core design helps keep the weight down and with 4mm plywood on the top and bottom it is sturdier than most commercial camping tables. The extra legs can be mounted in a couple of seconds.

Clever Quick Release Pipe Clamp vise for my Workbench

After 2 years of using my workbench without a vise, I took some scrap plywood and some pipe clamps to make one! There are lots of great designs out there but I didn’t like how you have to reach underneath the table and adjust the clamps separately if you want to clamp thicker material. You still have about 7 centimeters of travel with the threaded portion if you want to clamp thin materials and about 40cm of clamping capacity overall.

Heavy Duty C Clamps made from Scrap materials

This week I’m going to make some heavy-duty Clamps from Steel and some hardware. These are very useful for welding and fabrication work. The 17mm hex on the end allows the use of a drill for fast adjustment.

Steel and Plywood Coat Rack | Functional Wall Art

Is it just wall art or a useful coat rack? Why not both?

Using some Rebar cutoffs and a little bit of scrap 18mm plywood to build this modern coat rack which also doubles as an art piece when it is not in use.

The rebar hooks swing out so that you can hang your coats on it.

Wall Mounted Portable Bandsaw Stand // Perfect for Small Spaces!

This wall mount enables you to use the bandsaw in an upright position so it does not take up any space on your table. But with the help of the stand, you can use it clamped down to a horizontal surface also. It’s also easily mounted back on its factory stand with just a couple of screws.

Old Rusty Soft Faced Hammer Restoration

I found this old soft-faced hammer at my local scrapyard I really like the unique shape and the brass face. Not sure what kind of material the other face was originally but I only had this leftover hard plastic of unknown type.

I don’t think that grinding away the original metal to get a nice, shiny surface is worth ruining the history of the tool and the marks of the craftsman that used it. It’s going to be used as a tool to hit things with.

The handle is made from Beech with a Walnut wedge, coated with boiled linseed oil. Thank you very much for watching!

Build a Solid and Mobile Outfeed and Assembly Table

Building a sturdy and mobile outfeed table that doubles as an assembly table from 2x4s for the base and an MDF wasteboard on top of 18mm birch plywood. It can easily be upgraded to a practical workbench.

The lifting-rolling casters make it ideal for small workspaces or garages.

Making a Modern Bar Stool from Seat Belts and Steel

I had some old car Seat belts laying around and I always wondered how I could repurpose those into something useful. They are more than strong enough to carry the weight of a person or two. The steel frame of this stool is made from 25mm square tubing.
