This is video shows how I make a Stone Knife by using just an Angle Grinder with some diamond cutting and grinding discs.I found some stone sanding discs for an orbital sander that I used with a sanding attachment to sand the edge of the knife up to 1200 grit. But I can’t make the blade any thinner because the stone would chip.Yes, you are right it’s not made for cutting but it was a great experiment. you probably could find a suitable stone where you can make it cut.
